Otel yönetim sistemi, otellerin F&B operasyonlarını, rezervasyonlarını ve mutfak süreçlerini tek bir platform üzerinden yönetmesini sağlayan yazılımdır. HMA Prime, QR menü, online sipariş, büfe etiket sistemi ve PMS entegrasyonu ile otel operasyonlarını dijitalleştirir. Antalya ve Türkiye genelindeki otellere hizmet vermektedir.

QR Menü ve Dijital Menü Sistemi

QR menü sistemi sayesinde misafirler masa üzerinden hızlıca sipariş verebilir. Siparişler anlık olarak mutfak ve bar ekranlarına iletilir. Dijital menü 7 dil desteği ile Türkçe, İngilizce, Almanca, Rusça, Fransızca, Lehçe ve Arapça olarak sunulabilir.

F&B Yönetim Sistemi Özellikleri

Büfe Etiket ve Reçete Yönetimi

HMA Prime büfe etiket sistemi ile allerjen bilgileri, kalori değerleri ve besin içeriklerini standart formatta sunar. Yemek reçete modülü ile mutfak personeli reçete girebilir, gıda mühendisi onaylayabilir ve A7 formatında yazdırabilir. Tüm reçeteler denetim izi ve kalite logu ile takip edilir.

Otel Teknik Servis Arıza Takip Programı

HMA-TS, otellerin teknik servis operasyonlarını dijitalleştiren arıza ve bakım takip sistemidir. Tekniker, HK personeli ve yöneticiler için mobil öncelikli arayüz ile arıza bildirimi, iş emri yönetimi, demirbaş takibi ve periyodik bakım planlaması yapılabilir. Antalya ve Türkiye genelindeki otellere hizmet vermektedir.
